When October comes around most people are thinking of Halloween, cooler weather, Pumpkin Spice Lattes, apple picking, and if you’re Costco, the winter holidays. However, what most people do not realize that October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month. A topic many would rather sweep under the rug than come to terms with, Domestic Violence happens everywhere, and at any time. We wanted to highlight this terrible epidemic in our country so for the next 4 weeks we will be posting various videos, blogs, facts, and pictures to educate our readers on what Domestic Violence is and how they can help, or how they may be able to get help.
